Returns and Refunds

At Vow of Hope Jewelry, each piece is custom-made to meet specific design preferences and requirements. Because of the personalized nature of these products, the following policies apply:

  • General Policy: Returns and refunds are not permitted for custom-made jewelry except under extremely extenuating circumstances. Because each piece is uniquely crafted to your specifications, it is considered non-resalable.
  • Non-Custom Items: For items like wedding bands or tennis bracelets, return decisions are made based on the circumstances, the popularity of the size, and how long you have had the item.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: Rare cases (such as a breakup, divorce, or financial hardship) are handled at the sole discretion of Vow of Hope Jewelry based on the ability to resell the item.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: If a return is granted, the initial deposit is generally not refunded as it covers design and material procurement costs.
  • Return Process: To request a return, text 530-312-9065 within 14 days of receipt with a description and photos. If approved, items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; trackable shipping and insurance are highly recommended.

Warranty

Vow of Hope offers a one-year warranty on all custom jewelry covering craftsmanship defects or material issues.

  • Covered Under Warranty: Manufacturing defects, stone setting issues, prong tightening, minor craftsmanship repairs, and a one-time ring sizing adjustment.
  • Not Covered: Damage from normal wear and tear, accidents or mishandling, loss of stones due to impact, scratches on metal surfaces, and changes in personal preference.
